The fire stamp is the oldest and most characteristic form for branding cheeses and hams. The most important Italian PDOs use them, such as: Parmigiano Reggiano, Grana Padano, Trentingrana, Parma Ham, etc.
For large quantities of wheels to be branded, purchasing a fire burner with a stamp holder (Art. 6029-C) connected to a gas cylinder is recommended.
It is also possible to heat the stamp on other heat sources, such as open flames.

The Bollo a fuoco is available in various dimensions up to a maximum of 12 cm per side and in these three shapes: round, oval, and square.
