Non-toxic white polyethylene band for wheels

Classic white polyethylene (PE) band for the first day of maturation of medium-long aged cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano, Grana Padano, Trentingrana or Parmesan.

Comes with an adjustable rope system and “Gattello” wooden tie-rod.

Made with certified non-toxic material, suitable for contact, containment, conservation, and maturation of dairy products. Exceptionally flexible and sturdy (thickness 4 mm), it has a 3.5 cm rope pass upright to improve its resistance significantly.

The dimensions of the cheese wheel that can be combined with the product should have a diameter ranging from 36 to 45 cm.

Two heights are available: 25cm and 26cm.

Rope and “Gattello” are omitted and can be bought separately:

For a better washing by immersion procedure, we recommend the usage of SUPERDILAC Detergent.
