Customized oval casein plate
Casein plate for food use; various sizes available.

- Possibility of inserting progressive identification numbers of the shape to certify the traceability of the product and to indicate the production site.
- Suitable for direct contact with food.
Inserted on one of the two flat surfaces of the wheel at the time of forming, they become one with the cheese rind and bear a unique alphanumeric traceability code, thanks to which it is possible to trace the day on which a cheese wheel was born and in which dairy.
These plates can be made in various colors: neutral, blue, green. The lettering can only be made in black.
