Classic stainless steel band for the second and third day out of salt designed explicitly for medium-long aged cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano, Grana Padano, Trentingrana, or Parmesan.
Completely in AISI 304 stainless steel.
The rib of the band is slightly curved, allowing you to give your wheels the characteristic slightly rounded shape.
The hook is not included, and it can be purchased separately; it comes in two different lengths (code GANCIO and GANCIOL). It is also available in a version with rope closure and a “Gattello” system (code F261).
For a better washing by immersion procedure, we recommend the usage of SUPERDILAC Detergent.
