Perforated stainless steel band with cord closure
Stainless steel band with rope and “Gattello” system, designed for hard and semi-hard cheeses.

Classic stainless steel band, designed for the second and third day of maturation of medium-long aged cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano, Grana Padano, Trentingrana, or Parmesan.
Completely in AISI 304 stainless steel.
The edge of the band is slightly curved to form the shape into its characteristic slightly rounded heel.
Another version with stainless steel hook closure is available (code A0223).
For a better washing by immersion procedure, we recommend the usage of SUPERDILAC Detergent.
Gattello and rope are not included and are sold separately:
