Teardrop knife in stainless steel

This professional drop knife is necessary to cut the whole cheese wheel and portion it into individual points. Available in 4 sizes to satisfy every need: The 11 and 12-cm blades are recommended for cutting the whole reel, while the 9 and 10-cm blades are recommended for cutting the cheese flakes.
Please also notice the 10 cm knife with a thin blade, ideal for cutting very aged cheese because it dramatically reduces the effort in inserting the blade into the cheese.
Available with or without Parmigiano Reggiano logo.
