Series of professional drop knives necessary for cutting the whole cheese wheel and portioning it into individual points.
Available in 4 sizes to satisfy every need: The 11 and 12 cm blades are recommended for cutting the whole wheel, while the 9 and 10 cm blades are recommended for cutting the cheese flakes.
One-piece handle in very resistant polypropylene with direct injection into the blade, without joints and studs, for greater resistance, hygiene, and ease of cleaning.
Also available with Parmigiano Reggiano brand.
