Large “Gattello” for bands made in white polyethylene.
- Wider than other models, comes with a non-slip knurled bottom
- Made with non-toxic polyethylene, certified for contact with food
- Incredibly durable thanks to its structure in polyethylene with HD compound
- Can be washed with nitric or phosphoric acid by contact or submerging.
Classic “Gattello” (also called “Martelletto”, small hammer), large, in white polyethylene, specifically used in combination with bands.
Unlike the other Gattelli on the market, we made this wider and with a knurled bottom to solve the problem of its slipping on the smooth and wet part of the mol, putting the cheese wheel at risk of deformation.
