This wooden cutting board has been designed to be suitable for both cutlery operations and presentations/cheese tasting. Its teardrop shape allows you to easily arrange the cut Parmigiano Reggiano cheese in a variety of compositions for your clientele. Equipped with a sturdy leather strap to easily hang the instrument on the wall. The polished acacia wood also has excellent resistance over time to frequent cutting and washing operations, even in the dishwasher.
The particular wedge shape allows a composition on a table of various very original pieces (flower-shaped), ideal presentation and cheese tasting.
