A simple but practical cheese grater, this tool can also be washed by hand and immediately answered on a small wall hook, so that it can dry. The blade has been designed to obtain small strips of “Julienne” cheese, ideal for dressing pasta dishes, salads or sliced. The bottom of the tool is also equipped with a recess, designed for two purposes: a rubber impact protection, and a firm grip during use on dishes, in order to prevent accidental slipping.
