External extraction vacuum packaging machines V-OIL line

The vacuum packaging machines of the “V-OIL” line are as powerful, resistant, and performing as possible for external expiration machines. The direct lubrication oil pump allows you to work for several hours uninterrupted without the risk of overheating the vacuum pump.

The V-OIL line is truly the ultimate expression of external suction machines.

Oil vacuum pump of 12 sqm/h, double sealing bar with assisted lowering, vacuum gauge for vacuum control, digital board for vacuum and welding regulation. Possibility to choose between manual or automatic operation, leaving the machine to do the entire vacuum and welding cycle, opening the sealing bars at the end of the work. This way, while the machine works, the operator can prepare other bags or serve customers at the counter.

The two sealing bars ensure a perfect seal even on bellows vacuum bags or thicknesses greater than 100 my.

It is also possible to pack very large foods (e.g. hams or half shapes) using vacuum bags wider than the sealing bars (it is sufficient to fold the bag to make it fit inside the suction space or make a first weld on one part then proceed with suction and final welding).

Continuous working capacity for heavy and intense workloads. Suitable for: dairy outlets, packers, delicatessens, salami factories, horeca, and supermarkets.

Easy cleaning and replacement of resistances and protective teflon.

Possibility of external suction of glass containers with vacuum-tight lid and special valve (optional).
